DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In 3-quart saucepan, heat water and broth to boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into casserole; cover.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
